For the safety of the cat and the groomer, we reserve the right to stop service if a cat becomes overly stressed or fractious. Attempting to groom a panicked cat is dangerous. If service is stopped, a trip fee will still apply.

Cat skin is extremely thin and sensitive. Removing tight mats carries a higher risk of nicks or irritation. By booking, you acknowledge that White Tank Whiskers is not liable for pre-existing skin conditions revealed by mat removal, or for minor nicks that may occur due to the cat’s movement during delicate grooming.

Senior cats or cats with heart conditions are easily stressed. We prioritize comfort over perfection. If a senior cat shows signs of distress, we will stop the groom immediately to ensure their safety.
